Returns & Exchanges:
All returns must be returned within 30 days. Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.
we CANNOT cancel an order once it is shipped. However, once you have received the package, you can either keep it or contact us to issue a return. To cancel an order that has not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org
Items excluded from returns:
1.Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
2.Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
3.The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
① Items on Clearance, ②Customized Items.
4.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
5.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6.Any applications for exceeding of what you paid will not be accepted. Refund value exceed the value of the order will be only processed under the circumstances of dispatched cancel-orders and faulty goods. Therefore, non-quality problems will not be reimbursed for return & exchange shipping costs.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
7.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
8.The returning shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer.
9.The refund will be issued within 7 days. If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please don't hesitate to contact us.
How do I return?
Get in touch with our online customer service or send email to email@example.com, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof or photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item back to us.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Wear Jade is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
